The following pictures are of observation of a development of a system of SOCIAL CONTROL designed to create an acceptable system to kill African Americans male or female who do not KNOW/UNDERSTAND that unless they work for white males in secret-the option of a quote unquote a normal life is at best illusionary:
Grace Prespyterian Church-[corner of butterfield and carver school road]=Sign on grace churh="Do you Believe in God"-pastor marshall is the pastor;=question to charles mccrae[the other one]=don't he believe in white males authority system enough to hide the fact and for him to dodge the consequences of the fact of his being an informant for white males authority system?
House across from grace church on the corner of Carver school road and butterfield=where guy with royal blue souped up car was living=BUT=now out of house=to communicate to charles mccrae[the other one] that white male authority system= working on it;[It=being whatever they think they may have to do=to hide, cover up their crooked system=stealing of TWIN child;being a plant in person's life to be informant on person's family;
Cars that appeared the day after bastards heard on the radio about the BLUE propane tanks blowing up=to them it was code that anything associated with the royal blue re-cycle bin that had been placed at the fence-to stop them from parking in front of persons house=was now officially over and that they could do what they want; that they can ignore anything the person says and that they had backup from winston-salem authority downtown=sort of what kind of happen to the three females that had been held hostage for 10 years=people ask how=like between the four of the them=three grown women and a female child they did not have sense enough to ask somebody for help=probably why the guy was killed-because the longer he stayed alive=the more likely he was to talk about how many of the times authority turned their head-because of owed favors, etc.=which somebody probably ought to provide some protection for the four people who came out of the h--l hole=because the child don't know to be quiet about certain things-even if they do know- in their honesty the truth will be revealed;
Thus - the making of SYSTEMS to harass/intimidate/abuse/target ANY African American female/male=who are not working in secret for white male systems:
1. Cell phone was stolen in later July, 2013 by group of young African American males;
[thus asked a question=why my cell phone and why now=have been coming to CRB library for almost seven or more years-never any problem with putting cell phone on computer desk and walking across to the printer or to the reference desk and back to computer=what changed? And nobody had seen the group of boys before; and they haven't been back=?
2. Then picked up local newspaper ]triad sports weekly]= and the front page had a picture of an African American male-[appx. highschool or little oldrer] under article titled, "Whitlock named to Nagurski and OUTland WATCH" =which could be code for-African American males of age to move forword in? are officially OUT; officiallly locked out of white male system[s];
Article beside the far right article about Whitlock=there was an article,"Hang the Net Contest set at Hanes Hosiery [over a picture of coach-ART blevins [who is also the director of Hanes Hosiery Recreation Center] and another guy;
3. Then opened up to page 2; and there were pictures of ART blevins with African American male youth; and one picture with Art blevins and THEE African American males[middle age]=think they are coaches=?;
4. Then turned page to page 3; when the ENTIRE PAGE IS OF WHITE PEOPLE-individual pictures of their faces with their names up under their pictures so theycan be easily identified=ALL WHITE MALE youth-or as a coach; ALL under the title: 'DIAMONDS dandies ALL-Forsyth County Baseball;
5. Then turned to page 4; where the title is "Action heating up at Hanes Hosiery Center"; and under the title are four groups of pictures of African American youth; then on page 5; there are four other groups of pictures of African American youth=an also on page 7 there are pictures of TWO groups of African American male youth =which is a total of ten groups of African American male youth that "COACH" ART blevin has taken pictures with;
6. There is a picture of one African American male who is running[white male with black male in the back ground who is watching the black male run]; the ad is for Forsyth Country Day School where there is the caption=THEIR FUTURE=OUR FOCUS=who is our?'and what is the focus=?;
7. The names of the teams that coach art blevins took pictures with:
Tar heels; BLUE devils, Deacons, Wolfpack, Bulls, Celtics, Heat, Lakers,Magic and Spurs;
8. Page six has a Flow ad [picture of a complete asian family];
9. page 8; the last page of Triad Sports Weekly has a picture of a small group of African American male youth and what looks like a black coach in the upper right hand corner with two black male youth=behind the coaches back;[code-Black male having any thpe of real control over African American youth living a good honest life is last=use African American male youth around him to go behind his back to mess the African American male youth up]=in exchange=your[whoever they are] little black boy will be allowed to live like he is free in white male society=[picture of little African American boy [3 yrs.] under picture of African American male coach;
9.Taking into consideration=that the little boy[s] who stole my phone-were put up to it=part of some type of iniation;based on fact that Michael Moore's mother and her boyfriend/grandfather,and the bastards who hang around the house=all rewarded Michael when he did something to degrade me;=same system=since didnot accept the abuse from Chris[Edwina's boyfriend];or the intimidation, harassment from Machael-then the next step is to create clusters/waves of gangs for person to be intimidated by=which would be ten gangs in the making in public=in secret in public schools=?;

The identifying of 21st street in Winston-Salem as the 2nd[TWO] most dangerous street in the country is the other part of the process; [when looking at copy of News and Records-Greensboro, NC newspaper in which front page article-to the right-headline is "LATEST statistics show DIP IN CRIME"=so why is it that 21st Street in Winston-Salem, NC is the 2nd most dangerous street in the country=because the classification is needed in order to create a system/society where it is acceptable for groups and waves of African American male youth to do illegal/illmoral activity-which is a way to keep African Americans male and females OUT [Whitelock-OUTland watch] of white males mainstream society[where white people LIVE];

It is a way to create a system of SOCIAL CONTROL =which is to make sure that any African American male or female who desires to do HONEST work for themselves with the goal of helping other African Americans who want to do HONEST work is targeted=thus the need for the creation of whatever-including going overseas and bringing whatever abusive tactics back to the United States to release in the African American communities;

Thus in 10 public groups=methods to identify one African American male as the gang leader by white males=THEIR [African American male youth]FUTURE[usually is directed to negative paths]; OUR [white males]FOCUS[make sure that African American male youth are messed up in their youth-develope traps that they fall into-ALL the while pretending to be their friends and grin in their faces-teach them to trust the white male];[posted with knowledge that ALL white males are not alike];
14. After Michael wasn’t received to develop system off of; then the other young African American males took Michael’s place-they do not know why they are harassing, trying to intimidate-they just follow the leading of the guys who hang at Chris/Edwina’s house-who try and intimidate/harass-KNOWING they have backup from downtown=the more they harass a person-the less time the person has to have a regular/normal life-like most white people;
